This is my end-to-end developed data product during my first full-time job, aiming to guide toB & toC marketing for our novel new energy brand Weltmeister. The landing version with platform adaptation and UI improvement had been delivered successfully and worked well.
1. Product Description
Completed work:
- Construction of city ranking system, you can see the overall ranking: top10, top30, top50, top100
- Complete data aggregation and indicator system construction for 306 cities
- With the city panel display tool, you can observe the performance of each city on well-designed indicator factors and specific factor items, including:
- Overall auto market;
- Brand potential;
- Basic urban development;
- Traffic and purchase restriction policies;
- Dealer channels
Follow-up:
- For the existing toC city marketing panel, use the final data results to form a feedback mechanism to increase the richness of indicators and the usability of tools.
- An evaluation system for toB’s overall sales potential from a large customer perspective.
- With sales execution as the goal, refine the direct help of the data results in front of sales execution, including:
- Assessment of user concentration at the community level and assessment of the completeness of basic charging facilities;
- Sorting out the global new energy vehicle owner labeling system to answer who the new energy users are in different cities and what kind of cars they need;
- Large customer loss analysis tool
2. Access Requirements
This tool uses a browser as the display and analysis platform, and requires the use of Chrome/Safari/Opera/Firefox/IE (>= 11.0) and other browsers that support HTML5. Since the displayed platform will need to load online map resources in the future, it needs to be browsed on a PC with a network environment. It is recommended to use a resolution >1024*768.
